Contracting party

The Shiny Vase Project is a project of Teil3 GmbH, Vulkanstrasse 120, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland. The purchase contract is concluded between you and Teil3 GmbH.

Offer and reservation

Every vase in the shop is a one-off. What you see in the gallery is exactly the vase that will be delivered. Once a vase is sold, it disappears from the shop.

When you put a vase in the basket, it is reserved for you for 15 minutes and hidden from others. If the reservation expires before you order, the vase returns to the shop. The contract is only concluded when your order is confirmed.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in the basket.

Payment

Payment is made in advance via Payrexx, by TWINT, card or PostFinance. You enter your payment details directly with Payrexx; we never see them.

Shipping and pickup

We ship with Swiss Post within Switzerland. The flat shipping fee is CHF 13.50 per order. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

Pickup in Zurich is free. We will contact you as soon as your vase is ready.

Warranty

The statutory warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations applies. If a vase arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it if an equivalent piece is available; otherwise we refund the purchase price.

Variations in colour gradient and pattern are a property of the material, not a defect. The vases are made for cut flowers, not for the dishwasher, not for hot water and not for drinking.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, to the extent permitted by law.
